Pilates and Yoga Classes

We offer group Pilates classes, both in-studio in Madrid and online, as well as online yoga classes – see our current timetable below. To reserve a space, please contact us.

In-Studio Classes
Located in the El Viso area of Madrid, with a maximum of 5 people per class. Most in-studio classes are Reformer Pilates, but we also work with other classical Pilates machines, including the Cadillac, the split-pedal chair and the ladder barrel.

Online Classes
Taught via Zoom, with a maximum of 10 people per class. Can’t join live? We’ll send you the recording to complete in your own time (available for 7 days).

If you’re interested in a class at a different time, let us know – we’re happy to adjust our timetable based on demand.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your booked class or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full class fee.
