If you are pregnant and want to practice Prenatal Pilates do not hesitate to book a session with Maxifisio. All sessions last 55 minutes, working with English speaking physiotherapist Maria Moreno who specialises in Women’s Health and who will guide you to perform each exercise step by step.
Maxifisio’s Prenatal Pilates sessions and classes are adapted to the prenatal period, avoiding exercises that are contraindicated during pregnancy and having a special focus on pelvic floor activation.
